During 2002 the existing Quality Management System of the company, based on ISO 9001:1994, was revised to incorporate and comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 revision.

We used this opportunity to follow a certification program with TÜV Rheinland (India) carrying out a successful certification audit in August 2002. Development of our Quality Management System continues through the programme of Management Review Meetings and Internal Audit.

Our Quality Manual contains details of the Quality Management System, it's focus on customers and structure using the "process model" of ISO 9001:2008.  The information below is taken from the Quality Manual and give an overview of the system.
